This episode is so hauntingly beautiful. With one of the most impressive child performance I have ever seen; this episode makes you feel so much.
It has everything: drama, mystery, human condition, emotional and a good example of bravery on top of everything else in this fabulous episode!
I was turned on to HOUSE by some very dear friends and I have to say its breathtaking television. House is so much me and I could only imagine being this so well aware, my destiny will be written and revealed in time as all of ours will be... This episode, however, is the icing on a beYOUtiful cake of what every man, woman, and child is made of and what he or she can achieve here on planet Earth.
If this one show doesn't make you see the light of HOPE at the end of a very dark tunnel, nothing will! It's fascinating to see all the characters express their truth on so many different human levels of feeling and to see that the greatest truth to becoming a spiritual being is just in acknowledging it.
We are all here to teach each other. We are all MASTERS and we are all STUDENTS.
So, the question is. Will you be BRAVE enough to face your TRUTH, your DESTINY when the time comes to AUTOPSIED? I AM!

Usually I don't write a review. But I came here to write the review for this episode because it made me cry. This is one of the best episode of the TV world hands down. Everyone acted so we'll. And the nail biting procedure to find the clot. Wow.

First of all, the little girl who played the patient was so good. Not just in her brave being, but in the quiet moments. She is so mature that she knows what she will miss because of her impending death. One reviewer took points off because of the kiss. She asked for the kiss and it was a tender little kiss. Because it was on the lips people get cranked up, but consider the circumstances. He did not take advantage of her. He filled an empty space.
As for the medicine, like most episodes, the solution was amazing. One of the most touching things I've ever seen. Also, as House rides off on the motorcycle, he is experiencing what life can be; something he has probably missed a lot.
