What A Waste Of Neil Patrick Harris

Plot In a Paragaph: Robin manages to get onto the guest list for OK, an exclusive nightclub. Ted and Barney will be going with her, but not Marshall and Lily, as they have been doing a lot of "Classy grown-up things".

After an episode heavily featuring Barney Stinson (The Brilliant Neil Patrick Harris) gave "How I Met Your Mother" it's best episode to date, the character has inexplicably been pushed in to the background in the last two episodes, in this one he spends almost the entire episode dancing with a girl in a nightclub. What a waste, the writers need to rectify this immediately.

Not a bad episode it had some good moments, mainly featuring Jason Segel and Alyson Hannigan. And of course in his brief time on screen Neil Patrick Harris delivers.

Trivia
Standing outside the club among the three guys who see Lily and Robin flash their breasts is Samm Levine, who was cast alongside Jason Segel in the 1999-2000 Freaks and Geeks (1999). When Marshall (Segel) walks by, Levine says he looks familiar and tries guessing who it is.

Goofs
After Ted says, "What happened; did I just have a stroke?" he has his hand across his chest. In the camera angle on Barney, it's his other hand. Back on Ted's angle, it's his original hand again.
