    SEASON TWO - Rating

Since this is the last episode of SEASON TWO.....I wanted to rate the entire season. Season two is what saved the show. After season one, viewership was surprisingly weak. However, during season two the show caught on like wildfire...and lasted 7 more years....the reason! Great episodes.....memorable episodes.....and to this day hold up. Here are my favorite episodes of SEASON TWO. 1. Richest Man in Walnut Grove 2. The Talking Machine 3. Remember Me 1 and 2 4. Troublemaker 5. Matter of Faith 6. Going Home weakest: Haunted House and Centennial Overall Season score 84/100

what to do what to do.

This is a decent 2nd season finale and like I said earlier,All the finale's now on is very serious. The ingalls wakes up in the middle of the night when they hear the animals in the barn is making a noise. Charles went to investigate and once there he Rushes back inside quickly. He screams and tells everyone to go the the Sautie bc theirs a huge tornado(oh my gosh,oh my gosh). The next day they see what havoc the tornado has done. They lost everything except the house and the barn. But his crop gone, the chickens gone, one calf dead. Things couldn't get worse or can it. Charles have decided to move back to the woods.Mary and Jhon Jr is finally getting serious. In fact I think this is Mary's first boyfriend where Laura had already have 2 crushes and one boyfriend. She is still with Jason whom we will see again in season 3 episode 2 Go and check out this epic season 2 finale. Of course this episode did have its funny part. This memorable scene; Mary Ingalls: When I was with John Junior today, we... we kissed each other. Laura Ingalls: What? Kissed each other? On the mouth? Mary Ingalls: Of course! Laura Ingalls: Yuck! Mary Ingalls: It was not. It was... it was... Well, I can't explain it. Laura Ingalls: I know how it was. Yuck! Laura sighs and just before going to sleep she mumbles Yuck yucky.. Aaaaaaah. Classic Laura.

Now continue to the amazing 3d season of little house on the prairie.

    There's No Place Like Home!

The episode opens in complete silence. You watch, wondering when you are going to hear some little noise. But when sound finally comes, there's nothing little about it. The wind suddenly explodes! A tornado comes and hits the Ingalls' farm. The worst part: it takes their whole crop!

Without even consulting his family, Charles makes the decision to sell the farm and move back to the Big Woods. Laura is very unhappy and disappointed in her farther. She thinks he's given up way too easily!

An older couple - The Sims (Isn't he the uncle of of James Cooper, or am I wrong?) decide they want to buy the farm. It's not surprising that they had once lived on the farm and moved away after a tornado struck the land. He purchases materials and helps with the repairs. Somewhere along the way, Charles' attitude changes. Is it too late?

There's a sub-plot in this episode between Mary and John Jr. Their I never noticed it before, but their romance just sort of pops up out of nowhere! It's cute seeing young, innocent love. And Mary does something totally shocking...I'm not saying what! But I think it's woodshed doings if she got caught, which she doesn't...

I always did like Laura and John Jr. and think the episode later in the next season where they break up is totally sad!
