Not bad but still one of the worst episodes

Pip is a strange South Park episode. Most South Park fans will not like it(unless maybe you are both a fan of South Park and Charles Dickens).None of the main characters appear in this episode, it's solely an episode revolving around Pip.Pip is the British kid who usually is bullied by the boys(especially in Season 1).This is his own episode. The episode features Malcom McDowell(of Clockwork Orange fame) telling the story of Pip, which is basically a spoof of the Charles Dickens novel "Great Expectations" which I have not read.Pip is a poor blacksmith who falls in love with a girl, but the girl's mother wants her to break his heart so his tears can be used in a machine which will make the mother look younger. The episode is cut into three acts and involves robot monkey's as well. There are some funny parts in the episode, but it is one of the most unfunny episodes of the show.It is also sometimes hard to understand the characters.Pip is one of the worst South Park episodes but it is still decent. There are no really bad episodes of South Park in my opinion.

    Extremely underrated

Such an underrated episode, if you get the annoyance of a lack of main characters out of your head then you can enjoy the comedy in this episode, all the introduced characters are funny with classic South Park humour. I hate how hated this episode is.

Look here I made me a metal orange!

This episode does not deserve some of the hate that it is receiving. I personally find this episode to be extremely underrated and funny. I think a lot of people dislike this episode because it breaks away from the main 4 boys, but I loved seeing Pip star in his own episode, which he definitely deserved. This episode still made me laugh when I rewatched it a couple days ago. I will admit, the story gets a little weird at the end, but that's what's expected. It's a South Park episode after all. This episode was one of Pip's last major roles in the series, which was sad, but I'm glad he at least got a solo episode. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this episode to anyone who has yet to watch it.

Not the best but certainly not the worst.

I see a lot of hate for this one and to be honest, I don't know why. Sure, Pip is a completely stupid and random character to make an episode on, but at the same time, it had enough laughs to where I enjoyed it somewhat. It has an extremely boring start but it eventually picks up in the climax and has some pretty corny or just not funny moments. The characters in this one(with the exception of Pip) are very random and definitely were meant to be based off characters from "Great Expectations". While there is 300+ episodes in this show, "Pip" is certainly not the worst but also fails to maintain the South Park quality we like to see.

    There's no point

This episode focuses entirely on Pip and features none of the other main characters. I could have sworn that was Anthony Hopkins talking but it was actually Malcolm McDowell. I admit to knowing nothing about the book "Great Expectations". I can assume this at least somewhat resembles it. There were definitely some good jokes there like the baby bunnies. The episode itself was at least creative.

The weirdest thing was how they just mostly got rid of Pip after this as he had speaking lines in only two subsequent episodes. Why did Trey Parker and Matt Stone go through all this trouble with a character they were going to get rid of anyway? They realized Butters worked better as a character everyone picked on. I mean, this really just has no reason to exist at all. It's probably the worst episode in the entire series. I think it's even worse than the Terrance and Phillip one. **
