It's Thanksgiving and the staff all have plans but at a press conference some representing Native Americans asks the Mayor why there are no balloons that depict Native Americans and the Mayor says he'll get one even though the parade is the next day. Stuart finds one which is offensive so he has it fixed. But at the parade because it has too much helium it floats away and it's covering is removed. So now they have to find a way to handle it further ruining everyone's plans. Caitlin learns Charlie's going away with a girl who is not so sophisticated and makes fun of him about it. And Paul's mother comes for a visit and she's not aware that Claudia left him and he can't tell her. But when she figures it out, he says Caitlin is his new girlfriend.
