"Underneath that gruff exterior is a gruff interior."

'To Catch a Spider'. Dr. Noah Boddy frees The Green Goblin, Electro, and The Vulture from prison, so that they may all team up and destroy Spider-Man once and for all. It's a great deal of fun to see this variety pack of villains all unite for a common cause, a la that live-action "Batman" feature film. But what's even more entertaining is the method that Spidey employs to defeat them. Who knew he was so good at impressions? The final punchline, where Peter gets to have some fun at Jamesons' expense, is truly rich.

'Double Identity'. A mysterious bad guy who is also adept at impersonating people does so in order to pilfer treasures. He even impersonates Peter to open the episode! It's quite entertaining to see a pair of segments revolve around this theme, and in fact it's this segment that generated a legion of memes, since it's where the "two Spider-men pointing at each other" image originated. As before, the last punchline is hilarious. Gadzooks!

    10 out of 10.
