15 minutes into the first episode and it's one cringe after another. These people can't act. Well, actually they can, as I've seen them doing it in other shows and movies, but here they choose not to or are temporarily incapable.

Not even sure I'm going to be able to keep watching to see if it gets better, because if my eyes keep rolling like this I wouldn't be surprised if they just fell out of their sockets...

Sure he is unharmed after falling from haven! And what cop leaves an man transported like him wondering alone on a street?

This is the single WORST so-called SF that I have EVER seen. This filth seemed more like like a parody or Mad Magazine satire of of a very bad insane fairy tail. The acting was horrible (sorry Krause!) The special effects are horrible. The writing? Terrible. The story ? Pure crap. This movie is so insanely BAD it actually made me kinda sad. Everyone responsible for this mockery should be ashamed of themselves. If you are a SF-fan, please, just stay away. . . .

They should be ashamed of themselves. Stephen King should sue. His series is already gaining popularity in comic book form, it's a shame to see The Sci-Fi Channel try to capitalize on King's life's work. This is easily the worst example of copyright infringement since the movie "High Tension" stole from Dean Koontz's "Intensity" novel.

If you have any respect, at all, for the integrity of the written word, you will disregard this DVD for the trash that it is. And let's not even discuss the "Matrix" / "Sliders" elements that have been sprinkled into this mess.
