    An excellent series finale.

Further deaths occur at the Police training academy, Sam is convinced the killer must be a member of the establishment.

Much better stories for Leo and Harry, nothing wrong with their performances previously, but here they were both central, and didn't feel like add ons. Much better use of the regular cast, and some terrific guest performances, Tim Healey in particular, I thought he was great.

Definitely the best story from this series, this story was gritty, intrigue and interest, a real threat coming from the killer.

    A very strong finale. 9/10

    Evidence Withheld

Stupidity reigns supreme among a group of cadets at a prestigious police academy. One is a star who got caught up in his own importance. Once a cover-up takes place, the dominoes begin to tumble, There is a secondary plot where the same type of holding of evidence gives second chances. At least in this case, the actions are based on compassion. Sam is certainly a straight shooter, but here we see that she does have a little bit of wiggle room in her view of the criminal activities. This is a more realistic episode, certainly.
