    Not PT!

Yall should know I love scrubs with all my heart as I rewatch this for the 50th time but I'm a physical therapist and my wife is a NP. They have a profound misunderstanding of medicine lol. Physical therapy does not work on writing, they even used the words occupational therapy and yet kept calling Anne a physical therapist. Then Turk who had to go through med school before he specialized gets treated like a moron. I'm so sorry but surgeons are not idiots, especially hospital ones who round and do general surgery on multi organ systems. I still get annoyed when he works on total knees, appendectomy and pediatrics but that's beyond the point.

    Isn't she lovely?

I wonder about JD sometimes. In this episode, he meets a therapist who sends his heart spinning. But he is reluctant to ask her out, even at the urging of the patient she is working with. JD and this patient eventually make some kind of bet, as I recall, which will encourage JD to ask her out. Considering JD has done the Seinfeld thing and slept with almost every beautiful woman who has appeared on the show, including an inordinate number of blondes, I cannot imagine him being shy around any woman. I guess that's part of his appeal. Turk breaks his arm in the silliest way imaginable, which puts him in Cox's hands for a few weeks. Look out, now! Elliott invites Keith to move in with her, but all does not go well.

    • Trivia
The former jocks JD encounters in his daydream date are wearing TC Williams letter jackets. TC Williams was the Virgina high school depicted in Remember the Titans (2000). 'Donald Faison' (Turk) played "Petey" in that film.

Dr. John 'J.D.' Dorian: Excuse me, Anne? Hey. My life really hasn't been in the best place lately. I recently broke up with my girlfriend, who I impregnated on the first date. Don't worry, she miscarried, okay. And I haven't even begun to think about asking anyone else out, mostly because I'm concerned that the stress that lovemaking would put on my body might cause me to pass out, much like I do when I defecate. I also live in a tent and just got a DUI. I know that as a physical therapist, you can appreciate someone who's trying to get their life back on track. Will you please let me take you to dinner and show you that I'm really just a nice guy who's fallen on some hard times?

      Dr. Anne Chase: No.

Dr. John 'J.D.' Dorian: Well, just no? Do you wanna elaborate on the "No"?

      Dr. Anne Chase: Nope.
