There was a lot of interesting information here. But this story is over extended at three episodes. Still, well told, except...
There is no finish. The series ends with Charles and family in exile. No spoilers here, this is history, anyone can look it up. But there is no end to spoil.
So what happened in the end? Was Charles arrested and how? Was there a trial? What happened to the Queen? Where did she live out her days? Some if the most interesting history is missing here.

To tell you what the contradictions are would be a spoiler and I don't want to do that. Lets just say that at the 25:45 time mark on the 3rd episode I had to pause and write this comment.
I don't know if was a slip or the act of an editor that did not fully comprehend what was being said but here is a glaring contradiction about what the two principle characters thought of each other at a moment of crisis approaching the climax. I hope you will notice and fix this before additional airings.
Have someone really give this a careful going over - sometimes if you edit or proof your own work you make mistakes like this.
It was very captivating up to this point btw.

There is good history here and it is well balanced. But the show host/narrator gets too much focus. The camera gives her too much focus and attention and it gets old.
