After seeing this, there's is no real reason to ever watch anything else! Ever! This show has it all, and leaves you feeling refreshed! The BEST show I have ever seen, hands down. All the drama, action, story, and horror you could ever want in a show. This may only be 22 minutes long, but you can easily re watch it as many times as you want and its good, every time. After watching this, I went straight to the store and bought season one. Every episode is as full of win as this one. The best acting I have ever seen on television. I don't want to spoil anything, but when you get done watching this is will have been so good you will forget everything you just saw! All glory to the Hypnotoad!

All hail the hypnotoad. All hail the hypnotoad. All hail the hypnotoad...
While the Bender feature to which this episode was attached wasn't the strongest out of the Futurama stable, I think we can all agree that there needs to be more exploration of the home life and comedic foibles of the Hypnotoad. I don't always respond well to this degree of physical comedy, but of course, there are always exceptions that can send me rolling across the floor.
Not to spoil anything, but around the 15 minute mark is when I started to wonder if maybe that plot element they oh-so-subtly dropped in the first act was going to be a red herring after all, but then (thanks to the uncredited handiwork of Paul Feig) I was pleased with the ultimate result.
I'm not sure that Everybody Loves Hypnotoad really was true to th-ALL GLORY TO THE HYPNOTOAD!

I'm going to keep this spoiler free, because that is what Hypnotoad would want. This episode is on the DVD movie release of Futurama, and I must say it could be sold alone with all the goings on.
This episode starts off with Hypnotoad at home, minding his business. But like I said I'm keeping this spoiler free.
The acting is top notch, and higher than you'd expect in a cartoon. I wonder why no Golden Globe went to Hypnotoad.
I wonder why I felt compelled to buy the whole season after this. Just picture Cheers mixed with Seinfeld and add a bit of Three's Company and you have Hypnotoad!

What needs to be said about Hypnotoad? Brilliantly unintelligent. Myopically insightful. Believably inconceivable .
I could go on forever, but my mind's a blank... except for this: of the 3 necessities for life (water, food, reproduction), watching Hypnotoad is Number One. 10 (the highest rating) + One = 11
11 out of 10.
