Most of the reviews here are all about the brother-sister relationship (I also obviously don't agree with Frome's couple therapy) but everyone seemed to have overlooked the topic of the opiate crisis. Much of what they show presented with regards to the opioid epidemic and the "Nyler" family is spot-on. Off-screen the real world equivalent of the Nylers are the Sacklers, who own Purdue Pharma and are themselves highly culpable for widespread opioid addition and overdose deaths after spreading propaganda touting the benefits and safety of oxycontin, oxycodone etc in the 90s. A lot of hospitals, art galleries and foundations have a Sackler Wing just as the show mentioned with its Nyler Wing. They are a digusting, profit driven family hiding behind an army of lawyers and doctors with prescription pads. In a lot of ways a legal drug cartel that behave like philanthropists to sugarcoat where they got their money from, and overstep the countless deaths + broken lives they are responsible for.

There were some great story lines here and some very touching moments, but that other story line ruined the entire episode. Dr. Frome's bullying makes a mockery of therapy and totally changed my thoughts about this character's character.

This is totally not legal & disgusting concept.
You should not ruin the series with such episode.
