    Triangle

There are a few funny moments here, but what this gets down to is, "How is Leonard going to deal with Sheldon when he steals his girl?" Howard, wearing an eye patch is pretty funny. The rock, paper, scissors variation isn't all that big a deal. Average episode.

The Lizard-Spock Expansion: Geek Games and Awkward Dates

This episode mixes classic nerdy humor with relationship awkwardness. The introduction of the extended "Rock-Paper-Scissors-Lizard-Spock" game is a standout moment, adding to the series' iconic geek culture references.

Pros: clever geek references, funny character dynamics, memorable humor.

Cons: storyline is predictable, relying on established sitcom tropes.

Verdict: A light and entertaining episode that combines nerd culture jokes with character-driven comedy.

    My rating: 8/10.

    The Lizard-Spock Expansion

This show was really embracing all the geek references by this point, and it works brilliantly.

Another really fun and funny episode. Great stuff.

    All together now...lizard, Spock...

    • Trivia
The game of "Rock Paper Scissors Lizard Spock" was invented by a software engineer named Sam Kass, who outlined the rules and hand gestures on his website in 1998. He, however, called it "Rock Paper Scissors Spock Lizard".
    • Goofs
When discussing Howard's outfit, Sheldon refers to a "male peacock." All peacocks are male. The female version of the bird is a peahen. Sheldon would not have made that mistake.
    • Quotes

      Leonard Hofstadter: What's the emergency?

Howard Wolowitz: I got the Mars Rover stuck in a ditch.

      Sheldon Cooper: Where?

Howard Wolowitz: On a dusty highway just outside Bakersfield... Where do you think? On Mars!

CHUCK LORRE PRODUCTIONS, #227 Dear George Lucas, May I call you Mr. Lucas? On behalf of the writers of The Big Bang Theory, I would like to thank you for your astounding body of work, which has awakened the child within us and unleashed our dreams. That being said, we hope you don't take offense at our good-natured jest regarding your most recent animated efforts. Yes they were cheap shots, but we can't help but hold you to a higher standard -- a standard of your own making. In closing, we are all looking forward to Indiana Jones 5 - The Curse of the Golden Catheter. Oops, sorry again. Very truly yours, The Writers P.S. To William Shatner, director of Star Trek 5. Go ahead, sue us.
