Better than average episode.

Surprising they don't revisit the probie agent introduced in the episode again in the series. Kind of disappointing but not surprising.

Gibbs rule no. 13: Never ever involve lawyers.

Goofs
When Tony finds Langer's ID, it is stamped VOID. Although that would've happened, there is no way the badge would've been put back at a desk Langer no longer inhabited.

The voided ID badge was Langer's FBI ID from when he quit the FBI to join the NCIS. It was lodged in the drawer while he was using Dinozzo's desk.
