The second part of the red riding trilogy in my opinion is a bit of a let down. Set six years after the first police corruption is very much prevalent again. This time around it deals with a victim of the yorkshire ripper who might not have been a victim of them. Paddy considine plays peter hunter a new cop on the beat brought in after the could not catch the ripper. Other officers dont seem to really want him there though but he does his best to find the culprit of the new murder. Acting is a good again but the pacing makes this a little boring in places.
