This is my first review on IMDb, so bear with me, and let my first review be on this piece of garbage, straight to DVD, 3rd installment of the Wrong Turn saga...but I feel it my obligation to warn you, don't waste any money or time on it....whoever made this, obviously didn't! I enjoyed the first Wrong Turn, not the best in the genre, but a fun movie to watch (loved Eliza Dushku is this one). Especially after WT 2, I should have know better...this was going to disappoint. And it did more than that, I wouldn't even pick it up at the store if they were giving it out for free. Other than to burn it and make sure nobody else ever gets to see it.
Ah well, I know, especially in horrorland, sequels, good sequels are a rare find, as in any genre btw, but some are enjoyable to watch because they have something of the original in it, be it characters, plot, script.
WT 3 has none. I didn't even care when any of the characters met they're untimely and gruesome death. The script probably written on a post-it, the acting sometimes painful, overall pretty bad, and the special effects, well, not good enough to save this mess.
So, if you have never seen WT, watch the first one, never mind the rest, take my word on it 1/10

Wrong Turn (1) was a real specimen of its genre, don't mistake me for a film snob who doesn't get the idea, at all. This piece of sh1t however, can't even begin to hold a candle to it.
From the outset, the quality is soo lacking, the (I use this term very loosely) 'filmmakers' have to resort to the cheapest of clichés, a random pair of nice tits here, a muscled torso there, anything to deflect ones nose away from how much this thing stinks. It really is harking back to the worst days of 1980s B-Moviedom. Even the freakish protagonists clothes are fresh out of GAP, the wardrobe department couldn't even be arsed to skuff them up and make them look used/dirty.
In short, there is absolutely NO credibility whatsoever with this movie. It's UTTER TOSS, and my best guess is it was cobbled together by the idiot offspring of one of the companies 'money men' after said 'idiot' lost his job as a toilet-trading-nob-jockey.

Watched the 7 first minutes, laughed my head off, then it just stopped being funny, only sad. And then I thought wtf and deleted it.
The 7 minutes I did watch contained some fantastically bad actors. The cast from The Hills does a far better job than this. And you know that's sad. The first kill was funny. The rest made no sense. But it was a relief not having to watch any more painful dialogues. In this film you root for the creepy nasty inbreed.
About the filming. OMG. First I thought there was something wrong with the file. Probably was, it was only in 4:3 format. You know, when you get that frame around the picture. Anyway, it soon dawned on me that the editing and so-called special effects were done on someone's home computer with a cheap userfriendly editing program. If this film cost more than $20000 to make, someone's had a really good vacation.
You might argue I only watched 7 minutes. True. I might have missed something. I'm not maschosistic enough to find out though. So if I have missed a fantastic scene or two, I do apologize.
My conclusion: Not worth broadband dl, you can use those kbits and the time it takes on something more watchable. Like, anything really. And whatever you do, don't spend money. It's not worth monopoly dollars. If you liked the first Wrong Turn, don't even think about peeking at this, it will only ruin the good impression you had of the first one.
Yes, it's that bad.

This could be fun if you had decided to somehow drop your IQ for a couple of hundreds of points (Who am I kidding? Just watch something else). The movie is full of blatant inconsistencies of the aggravating type that you need to be braindead to overlook. In fact the whole thing is simply a series of kills of a rather large but instantly forgettable cast by what I could only call a halfwit leper leprechaun.
The victims are just so plain stupid, seemingly lacking all instinct of self preservation, making one bad call after another (much worse than the previous titles of the series) and jumping head first into their own death, that there is not a shred of sympathy to be felt. I just wished they were dead sooner so I could go on with my life that I put on stall to view (and now review) this piece of crap.
The villain is equally uninteresting as the victims, not scary, simply a person with a badly made Halloween mask. The first Wrong Turn was not a model horror movie but at least had a shroud of mystery surrounding the villains and some excellent details of deformations that made the cannibal hillbillies truly repulsive. Now we have a trained monkey to be scared of, BUT a monkey that can travel through time and space as it seems, because this is the most annoying feature of this flick.
Should you choose to watch this, despite so many warnings here be prepared for this recurring scene. Someone knocks someone else down, he doesn't bother killing the helpless person, instead he chooses to run in a straight line as far from him as possible and after a few seconds he ends up being ambushed by the helpless person. If this is not space-time travel, I don't know what is. The time traveler will usually be Three Fingers but others in this movie have a go at it too (mainly the bad-ass convicts). Seems to be a thing in these woods. Another thing might be how the hillbilly seems to wander around the woods with such ease with a truck when no one else can find even a simple dirt path. Anyway, this list of anomalies could go on forever but it's not worth it.
Bad acting, bad dialogues, bad camera work, no suspense, ridiculous scenario, childish special effects and many more flaws leave no redeeming qualities for this movie. I cannot understand how this went in production in the first place but how it left the editing room or found distribution is beyond me too.

I'd rate this negative stars if I could. The first 30 seconds or so were actually pretty funny. The remainder, however, made me want to die in a horrible fashion like some of the kills in the movie. "Horrible" being a double entendre, since the kills were albeit very brutal, the effects and CGI were absolute garbage.
I recently watched the first two Wrong Turn movies and they were passable at best; I almost even liked the second one. This one was painfully bad to where I prayed to every and any God that everyone involved in making this movie was struck down.

This is THE WORST movie I've ever had the displeasure of watching. From the moment it started till the moment it thankfully stopped i was praying I would die. This franchise should've stopped after the second one. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Wrong turn 2 is a great movie. And this is just disappointing. Wrong turn is a great movie. And this is awful. This is one of the worst horror movie from the last decade do not see it. It is a terrible movie. The story line is awful. It not scary at all. Is very bloody. But not scary. I do not know why this got a 4.6. That is just overrating it. This is not a 4.6. This is a 1. Why are people giving this movie 5. There is nothing good about it. It has an awful ending. I do not know people like it. Do not waste your time. Do not waste your money. Do not see this awful movie.
