    Hard to Evaluate

People who had transplants all start to expire at about the same time. The sole survivor is a young woman who had a corneal implant. But her symptoms are bizarre. Hers seems related to her brain and there's the rub. The subplot is the final separation from Wilson. House retains the services of a private detective who is taking him for a ride. He is charged with following House's friends and associates (and Wilson) and reporting back to House. The team is at a loss again but House's suggestions seem so off the wall that they are resistant. Then all that is left is to do something totally illegal and put the patient at risk.

    better than rated

This episode reminds me of the old ones from seasons 1 or 2 it focuses greatly on the patient and it doesnt mix too much plot comlications ,its a real sincere piece of art.

    Cancer?

Is it or is it not cancer? The team must wrestle with this all through the episode. But the real fun comes from watching House interact with a quirky private eye (Michel Weston) he has hired to spy on everyone. The PI is so sharp, he even gets the goods on House, much to House's surprise. A running gag has the fast-talking detective constantly billing House for outrageous amounts, and House asking will he accept a check. Some of the more serious moments are on the squishy, gory side, which I thought the show's makers might lighten up on now that HOUSE runs at 8 p.m. They haven't. Wait until you what happens to Foreman and a leaky corpse. The now-departed Wilson has his moment with House.
