Definition of cultural appropriation

2 white guys go to St Croix, start restaurant that doesn't do well, so they bring other white ppl in to take the local culture and incorporate it into the food/decor and try to bring in the locals. Definition of cultural appropriation.

Obvious at the very beginning..

With the 2nd review on this episode. I feel the same exact way. I like the show when they went to other countries and restaurants owned by people of the those countries was exciting.. After watching this episode from St Croix I probably won't watch the show again. 2 white guys come into the Caribbean making food look like to me for tourists. And when the tourists didn't like it they still did not venture into the community which should have been the 1st thing they should have done. It appeared that the restaurant makeover team forced them to see the reality of what they were actually doing.. They literally had nothing that represented the Island in the restaurant. How many islanders own restaurants on the beach? I'm just saying.
