A class send off for an underrated character actor. What an honor for him to be a major plot point of this episode. A very respectable send off for Clark by James Spader. Well done.

The inclusion of Huey Lewis has the perfect amount of ridiculousness that this characters tribute deserves. Very touching and warm-hearted tribute to a wonderful actor, Clark Middleton. He will truly be missed. James Spader really shines in this. I really felt the humanity and tragedy in that he lost someone he cared about. Thank you writers for giving Jelly Bean the respect he deserved. It's obvious that you care about this show and that's why I keep watching.

This is actually one of the best episodes so far! Not because of action or excitement, but because it was one of the most touching episodes ever made. Love that the manuscript is so up to date, and that they can change it with a short notice.
What a big honor for such a small but funny supporting actor !

What a great sendoff for a supporting Character, it was emotional and worthy and couldn't have been done any better.
Rest in Peace Clark.
I have been a fan of the show since day 1 and It has been loosing a bit of its luster. But this episode was sooo refreshing. Real at some many levels, giving a proper send off to one of its supporting characters. First time I have seen this on a tv show. It felt so real. The presence of Huey Lewis, one of my favorite rockers of all time also helped.

A very well-done episode and a touching tribute and eulogy to the brilliant, underrated and funny Clark Middleton. Kudos to James Spader for his superb eulogy in memoriam. Deep and heartfelt.
You will be missed. RIP.

This episode was the best episode of the series. Odd, touching, human and humorous. A wonderful, heartfelt tribute to the passing of a great character actor, letting the emotions and quirky elements take the lead. James Spader gave a moving performance that put the passing of actor Clark Middleton (Jelly Bean) front and center. . Enjoyed the Huey Lewis angle. Well done. Now put us out of the misery of Liz, put her daughter in a safe, sane family home (off the show), and get on with The Black List instead of The Black Heart of Liz!

Keen's character killed the show I think everyone wants her dead eventually..but I d rate this episode 5 out of 10 just because of Red's final words on Glin. As a matter of fact I hated season 7 now I hate season 8 even more for what's its worth I want this tho show to end or at least Keen dead.
RED was always ahead of the rest that's what make us love the show no one would accept the idea of keen becomes better than him not now not ever we won't even accept the idea of that one day they may both reconcile..that would be a stupide idea from the writers tho I won't be surprise if they decide so cause they have already have done some major stupide ideas that kills the show.

As everyone has said, Clark Middleton the actor who played one of the best comic relief characters on this show sadly passed away last year. Watching this episode made me wonder if in real life Clark was a big Huey Louis fan, and just like the episode the producers asked Huey to appear on the show to pay tribute to an actor he never met and may not have known existed like they did for Glen. Obviously Huey, the class act that he is, agreed to do it and I personally thought that was really cool of him. James Spader is always great, but I felt his final eulogy at the end was just as much James for Clark as it was Red for Glen. I recall seeing Clark in numerous other tv shows and movies and he was always great, but I particularly loved him as Glen. Rest in Peace both Clark and Glen, you will be missed.

I was waiting for an episode solely based on tributes to Glen/Clark Middleton ever since I learned of his passing and I wasn't disappointed. I will miss that quirky little guy ):
He was one of the best characters into this tv show. What Red tell about him,was really touching.I wish more movies be like this.
What does mean life over all?Time to be depresed or waste time on things u do not like? I dont think is really hard to be happy, because in a bit,you could be just some nice words on lips, told by a friend with tears in eyes.
Rest in peace sir.

My mom and family all watched this and I wanted to say how amazing it was. I didn't even know Clark M. died, so sad, but the performance was so moving we had to come to IMDb to rate it, and learned about it here. Rest In Peace and thank you for some great laughs and good times Clark, and the cast at The Blacklist and all those behind the scenes. So cool Huey showed up.

I'm coming back to write this review, after many, many times of watching Red's Eulogy over the past few months.
I want to thank The Blacklist family for taking such good care of each other. You gave a wonderful goodbye to Glen, and to Clark, as you did when Samar Navabi left. You didn't just kill her off, you made an entire story-line that amounted to an incredible episode to say goodbye to her. This is truly admirable and very heart-felt and much appreciated by your audience, thank you.
Another point is, Mr. Spader, I cannot believe how humane, how honest, how tragic, how genuine and true your eulogy was. Whenever I want to remember that humanity still exists, whenever I feel that I need to see something that is heart-warming, I go back and watch that scene. Your voice, your eyes, your facial expressions and body language are just mesmerizing. Thank you, sir. I hope you have a long, happy life.

Two episodes in a row of classic Blacklist. The vignette of Huey Lewis doing a eulogy at the loca DMV was hilarious. I fear Liz will be back soon to spoil things.
