Red is still that dude and the only reason I'm willingly abusing myself with a series that has been devolving since this "mystery" has been made the primary focus of the show and has dragged on for years. I never cared for Elizabeth, but there was a time when she didn't grate on my nerves. She's become an insufferable, self righteous flake and she makes a show I once LOVED, hard to watch. Am I the only one that's relieved this is almost over?

Supposedly all these former spies (Red, Dom and Katarina) are keeping secrets from Liz to protect her and because they care, but they are slowly dying one by one and hugely frustrating us in the process.
Whatever the secret is, it is not going to be big enough to justify these forever infuriating episodes. Even the task force has now become embroiled in a show that seems to be about how more annoying can Liz be before she or Dembe inevitably kill Reddington.
The elaborate plots that made this show great, have been taken over by the writers dangling a carrot of secrecy in order to keep us watching.
This carrot better taste good.

The action and suspense is so sharp even the extras do their jobs so well. It is always making me think "how?" and even the production is so slick. Very rarely does a show compliment itself as a whole, this does.

We, the loyal viewer have been waiting patiently for years now for answers that the writers flat out refuse to give us. This story line has gone on waaaay to long. And the only reason we keep watching? Because Spader is brilliant as Red. We have had to suffer through endless hours with this hypocritical moron Liz, and her mind numbing thought process, that leaves us dumb stuck and speechless,, episode after episode. She just might be the single worst 'lead' character in television history.
And yet we do. sigh....
And STILL they won't tell us wtf is going on?
But at least they added humor to this episode when
Liz took out Dembe. LOL That was funny. Yea right. smh
As others have said, I at this point have no choice but to continue watching in hope of some answers.....Sooner rather then later,
Cause as we all know,, Enough is enough already
The writers have taken the Elizabeth Keen character to a place where I don't know how she can continue on; in the capacity of law enforcer.
She has, all in the endeavor to "get answers to her questions, committed kidnapping, harbored a wanted fugitive and lied and used her fellow FBI agents. The only thing I see for her now should be prison. There is no way she can go back, to being an agent. If the writers move in that direction, the show will continue to be a joke.
As is pretty obvious, in the majority of the reviews, here, the Keen character is not at all liked. Knowing this maybe it might be best, for the show, if her character is just written out before she has a detrimental effect on the entire show and you lose your audience.

A thrilling episode with good acting, sometimes theatrical, some nonsense and illogical events, but as a whole, satisfying and a turning point.
This episode was so intense. Red crossed a line that he may never get back to. Really excited for the next episode!

The first time Reddington did something while Liz and everyone told him not to. Just insane to see him change his personality. He didn't scratch Tom cz Liz never wanted to. And yet, for some terrifying secret. But i don't see any reason for him to leave her alone. She is definitely gonna take her revenge. I don't know who is gonna win, cz Keen is justice, and we viewer want reddington to win. High unlikely keen wins, but it's gonna be a relief that the stupidness is gonna stop. But another thing, i don't see how Reddington keeps his relation with the task force. And again, after almost 150+ episodes, we still don't know who he is other than some pieces of info. It's a milestone to show how a good secret is made. I wish they take the same effort to reveal it. Cz a sudden revelation would be heart breaking and as the characters, we viewers would have no idea either to believe it or just think it as another ghost story. But it really was an marvelous ending for number 3 in the blacklist.

This episode is full of tears, only from Elizabeth, just like ever other episode. Red saved this one with superb acting and a few action scenes that were greatly made, as it's the usual with this show.
The end did surprise me, but it was dragged too long by us having to watch Elizabeth cry her eyes out every 3 minutes... pretty sick of that character already.
Maybe we should spin-off this show into "The Redlist", in a post-Elizabeth world, where we get all of Redingtons witty conversations, the action packed scenes, and none of the whining and looking for answers.

I don't know what would happen in the next episodes, but based on the first two which led me to partially lose my interest, I believe that season 7 and 8 should've been combined into one much more interesting season rather than two mediocre ones. Because what I expect to come is nothing more than "You ruined my life", "Because of your endless questions", "Which you should've answered", "It's for your own good, Liz" etc...
Still, I have some hope that what's coming would change the course of action.

Elizabeth is so stunningly stupid and the logic her and Donald use to draw conclusions so twisted I can't even address it in words. Vomit inducing truly. Yet James Spader and Dembe hold the show together.
