    Awesome movie

loved the movie from start to finish! It was well written with the story slowly building up the plot. The film never left the viewer wondering what was going on. The movie was captivating grabbing my attention right from the beginning. Actors played the characters in a realistic way making the story believable. The movie had it all...a love story, drama and thriller with an ending that was action packed. The cinematography was beautiful and the scenes in the psychiatric hospital made you feel the mood of the film.

    Very entertaining!!

I rate this movie as a must see.

    Cool Mystery / Thriller!

This is a well paced suspense/thriller with a few twists to keep you on the edge of your seat. The performances are very good & the music is very interesting. Its dark but it is NOT a horror film. While most every film out there is filled with unrealistic "computer trickery",this film's strength is that it is SO REAL that it feels like it could really happen. From a technical side, it looks like they had a lot of money to spend because the images are very striking (especially in the low light scenes in the Psychiatric facility).I strongly recommend it to anyone who likes to be surprised & is a little tired of slick, unrealistic movies.

    Well Done

Movie is well done with a good storyline. It displays good character development. It is a unique story that is not predictable. The DVD comes with good bonus features. As a Long Islander many of the settings were very familiar which added to the overall experience. Actors did a wonderful job: 1. Lili Mirojnick beautiful woman plays a convincing roll 2. Brian Cade-wonderfully acted part, look forward to following his career. 3. Director Mike D'Andrea - Good balance of effects and settings.

If you like this movie it you may also find looking up the history behind the Kings Park, and Pilgram State Pyschiatric Centers which is closed. The area that this movie was filmed in is rich in history, some interesting, some eye opening, some creepy.

Hope to see more from the crew that put this together.

    Beware the Fake Reviews

    The Plot.

On the outskirts of a small town sits an abandoned psychiatric hospital. A constant visitor there is Chet, a misunderstood artist whose obsession with the hospital is fueled by the memory of his Mother, who died there years earlier. The isolation of Chet's existence starts to change when he is reunited with his boyhood friend, Ron, who reminds Chet of happier times, despite the fact Ron isn't quite the same guy he was when he originally left town. With renewed vigor, Chet decides to reach out to another misunderstood person, Cindy, an abused woman who is on the road to self-destruction.

First of all, there are four ten star reviews that all were posted within one day of each other. Isn't that strange? Clearly people who worked on this garbage.

This movie is UNWATCHABLE. Boring story, no direction, horrible acting and no real story. This is a dismal piece of crap made for 3 cents on a cheap video camera by people who should be working at Starbucks.

    Great psychological thriller!

This story has all the elements you would want and expect from a psychological thriller. It slowly lures you in and then grips you to the end. The acting is excellent, the photography is superb, and the writing is outstanding. It's not just a "thriller" it's an interesting drama as well. The individual character's stories are told very well; and all the relationships, and psychological workings behind them, are very compelling and believable. It is a little gritty at times but that only adds to the realistic nature of the characters and story. I would recommend this movie for those who enjoy a little drama with their thrillers.
