The story is below average. But the the songs are too good

Perfection in everything.. be it the songs, stunts, cinematography, action scene or anything.. perfection is there, and there are no twists or negative blockages, and the I felt Paiya a complete entertainer..

The film is a romantic journey. Right from the start, the film will evokes the sublime feelings of romance and it prevails the entire film. The action scenes and stunts are quite amazing, and one of the scenes liked is the stunt scene just before the interval..

Between the journey there are mind blowing songs, which intensify the romantic bliss. There are no complex twists or negative feelings or blockages and the film is ending with a positive climax.... Mindblowing film... Thanks to N.Linguswamy and team for offering such a great film..

"Paiyaa" is a road-trip romance with an action twist, offering an enjoyable ride even if it's not without flaws. The film follows Karthi as Shiva, a young man who impulsively decides to help a woman, reach her destination, all while evading a group of dangerous goons. As they travel together, romance blossoms, but the journey is anything but straightforward.

One of the standout aspects of Paiyaa is its music. Yuvan Shankar Raja's background score and songs are truly captivating, adding a lot of energy and emotional depth to the film. Tracks like "Thuli Thuli" and "En Kadhal Solla" stay with you, making the road-trip sequences even more engaging. The music elevates the movie, especially during moments that might have felt slower otherwise.

While Paiyaa delivers on romance and thrilling chases, the story is somewhat predictable, especially with Shiva's past connection to Tamizh's pursuers. However, the chemistry between Karthi and Tamannaah, along with the gorgeous visuals and amazing soundtrack, make it a decent one-time watch for fans of action-romance films.

Actually it is not a movie it is a lovely poem. Songs and the storyline will definitely mesmerized.

Entertaining!

Kudos to great chemistry between Charu (Tamannaah)-Shiva (Karthi), also Shiva and Shiva's friends. Very well album (Adada Mazhada is definitely timeless), and all cast really lift the story.

Even though most of the set is on the car and road, it doesn't make me bored. I really like the way they showed the gang who ran after Charu, but didn't show Charu's dad or the 'mom master' behind the phone. It made the characters portrayal more focus (well, at least from my POV). And the way Charu-Shiva tricked both gangs; classic way but still make sense and the slow-mo shot added the vibe & nuance!!

I'm a new audience (I watched it on today's age), so the ending is predictable. But if I watched it at that time of the release, it definitely gave that 'surprise' element after Shiva drove Charu to her grandma's house.
