As the story unfolds, carefully hidden details begin to emerge, revealing a much deeper and intricate plot than we could have ever imagined. Our theories are constantly challenged, and each new development leads us to reevaluate what we thought we knew.
The episode concludes with a memorable scene that leaves us in awe, etched in our minds, and even after the final credits, we can't seem to shake it off.
I have no idea how they can, but am sure there will be a sixth series by the end of the year. Without giving too much away I hope they do not take a 'Dallas' way out of a problem that now exists. The silly thing is though that they have almost used this theme exactly the same way before!
Enough said except to say that the whole House M.D thing is just too good to be just an American TV series!

- GoofsIt is full summer at Chase and Cameron's wedding, while at the same time it is Autumn or Winter House is being delivered to the rehabilitation facility. This can be seen by the full leaf green trees at the wedding, and the barren trees at the facility. This however is a deliberate artistic choice to contrast the parallel situations: Chase and Cameron getting married is a happy moment (summer) while House going to rehab is a dark one (winter).

Dr. Lisa Cuddy: Are you okay?
Amber: [to House] So... this is the story you made up about who you are. It's a nice one.
Dr. Lawrence Kutner: Too bad it isn't true.
Dr. Gregory House: No. I'm not okay.
