The roommates return from Italy and couldn't be more excited to get back to the Jersey Shore. But a drama storm is brewing as Mike threatens to destroy Snooki's relationship with Jionni.

When the roommates take a trip to the Italian Shore with Monica Pinto, Snooki and Deena party so hard they wind up in bed together. And when everyone returns to Florence, Team Meatballs have a run in with the Italian police-literally.

Even though they're still experiencing some fallout from "the note" in Miami, nothing can stop the family dinners, G.T.L and gorilla hunting that have bonded them from the beginning. All seven roomies agree they are glad to be back and that Angelina is gone. Too bad none of them know Snooki has invited her BFF Deena Nicole Cortese to fill the void.

Sammi decides to make peace with Snooki and Deena. Jwoww runs into her old flame Roger and sparks fly. And Snooki gets arrested for public intoxication.

Ronnie and Jwoww make up leading to Sammi punching Ronnie in the face. Vinny picks up a girl with an overbearing family. And Mike learns Deena's dirty little secret.

Deena and Pauly consider the consequences should they smush, while Mike tries to take his friendship with Snooki to the next level. Ron and Sammi try to be friends but prove that old habits--both good and bad--die hard.

The boys harass Deena for stealing a girl from Vinny's bed, leading her to anxiety and self doubt about her relationship with the roommates. Ronnie & Sam are back to their old ways, but this time Mike is involved in their mess.

After causing drama between Ron and Sam for years, Mike comes to blows with Ronnie. But with Mike carried out on a stretcher, have things finally gone too far? And is Sam and Ron's relationship now beyond repair?

Ronnie and Sammi's tumultuous relationship comes to an end. When Ronnie destroys everything Sammi owns, she must decide whether or not to leave the Shore.

The Situation secretly gathers information to bring down one of his roommates, and for once it isn't Snooki. JWoww is freaking out because Roger has disappeared and won't return her calls.
