" 100" is my third favorite episode so far a great watch.
The blond lady who is supposed to be the boss has no apparent reason for her stupid investigation and personal whatever with the team. This is the kind of episode that can make me stop watching a series just because some idiot writers wanted to introduce ridiculous drama that has nothing to do with the show.
The serial killer in this episode is played out and way too resourceful to be considered realistic. Another example of writing too much BS into a script just for the sake of drama. All they need a an evil twin to crown the idiocy of this terrible writing.
The series is good without the excessively ridiculous BS.
I hope the writers and producers read this so they can stop doing this.

- TriviaShemar Moore (Morgan) stated in an interview that this and A Beautiful Disaster (2016) will be remembered because they show the relationships between the members of the BAU team and the love they have for each other.
- GoofsWhen the team is attempting to figure out where Foyet is headed after the call with Hotch ends, Reid repeats the details of the call verbatim. While is possible he remembered because of the recency of the call, it can be considered a continuity error. In the premier episode of season two, The Fisher King: Part 2, Reid tells Garcia his eidetic memory "primarily refers to things he has read", which is why he had trouble remembering the origin of the poem from that same episode.
- Quotes
Aaron 'Hotch' Hotchner: [Aaron is on a cell phone, trying desparately to get home, where Foyet is waiting and getting ready to kill Haley] Jack, hug your mom for me.
Jack Hotchner: [they embrace] Mama hugged me too tight.
Haley Hotchner: [she releases Jack] I'm sorry.
Jack Hotchner: [Jack sees Haley's tears] Why are you sad?
Haley Hotchner: [trying to smile and sound upbeat] I just love you so much!
Jack Hotchner: [Haley hugs Jack again] I gotta go... I'm working on a case.
Haley Hotchner: OK.
[Jack leaves the room, Foyet watches him]
The Reaper: He's so cute. He's like a little junior G Man.
[calls after Jack]
The Reaper: I'll be right out, Jackie-boy!
Aaron 'Hotch' Hotchner: Is he gone?
Haley Hotchner: [drying tears] Yes.
Aaron 'Hotch' Hotchner: You're so strong, Haley! You're stronger than I ever was!
Haley Hotchner: [Foyet comes up behind Haley, she's anxious] You'll hurry, right?
Aaron 'Hotch' Hotchner: [fighting tears] I know you didn't sign on for this.
Haley Hotchner: [much more calm] Neither did you.
Aaron 'Hotch' Hotchner: I'm sorry for everything.
Haley Hotchner: [realizing she's about to die] Promise me that you will tell him how we met, and how you used to make me laugh.
Aaron 'Hotch' Hotchner: Haley...
Haley Hotchner: He needs to know that you weren't always so serious, Aaron. I want him to believe in love, because it... it is the most important thing... but you need to show him. Promise me!
Aaron 'Hotch' Hotchner: I promise.
