The Divorce Scheme

When her teenage son Noah Marber opens the briefcase full of money of her boyfriend George Parker, the wealthy newly divorced Lily goes to the Lightman Group to ask the investigation of George. Soon the team discover that George is married and associated with the divorce lawyer Mr. Dobson in a scheme evolving a judge, the chief of police and other prominent members of the society. Cal joins his last three women while interrogating him. When George dies in an explosion in his garage, the women and Noah are suspects and Detective Sharon Wallowski helps the team in the investigation.

"Rebound" is the tenth episode of "Lie to Me" in accordance with IMDb (nineth in the DVD Box released by Fox), with the story of a modern Don Juan, capable to seduce married women to finish their weddings. The gorgeous Kelli Williams is extremely sexy in the encounter with George. The plot point is great and totally unexpected and surprises the viewer. My vote is eight.

Trivia
In the opening scene after George comes home from his run and is examining his briefcase, there's a closeup shot and he can clearly be seen wearing a Casio G-Shock watch. Prior to smart watches and fitness trackers, these were very popular with athletic types.
