How great is it to find a smart, funny, well written and well acted new series? It's great to see Jim Belushi back at it, and in something new for him. He playing the senior partner in a criminal law firm in beautiful Las Vagas. His partner Pete Kaczmarek played by Jerry O'Connell is the perfect offset Nick Morelli (Balushi's character) They're not new to Vagas, but their practice; called The Defenders is new. They know the in and outs of the system is Vagas but they are taking on a new law school grad who wasn't taken by any other firms. They quickly find out that Lisa is going to work out. This show looks great. They should be able to really entertain us with this one. I heard Belushi and O'Connell interviewed on Dennis Miller's radio show and the chemistry is there, and they sound like their having fun. Good for CBS for coming up with a good new show and live the politics and ideology out of it. Just great entertainment.
