Edit

Continuity

When Raglan is shot and his cup shatters, he slumps off of his seat. As the camera used changes, he is seen sat straight up before slumping out of his seat again.

Factual errors

At 27:36, when Beckett is looking at criminal record of Joe Pulgatti, the SSN number is missing the last two digits are missing. The same SSN is used in the previous episode (Poof, You're Dead) for the criminal record of Charles Russell at 9:05. The weight for Joe Pulgatti in the criminal record is also written as 000.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

Detective Raglan asks Beckett to meet him at a coffee-shop at 4th and Main. There is no Main street in Manhattan. Fictional or generic street names that don't necessarily exist in a particular town are often used in movies. This does not constitute a goof.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

When Detective Ryan is being drowned in ice-cold water by Hal Lockwood's thugs, Lockwood explains the drowning effects to Esposito and how "he'll lose consciousness right away." Lockwood's mouth movements, however, do not match this line.
