    At the very start..

When they go to the crime scene and Lanie says:

"It was a 9mm automatic" when decribing the GSW.

WHAT?? You can absolutely tell if a GSW is a .223, 9mm, .357, etc... but AUTOMATIC??? Uh, No...

Further showing that Hollywood knows nothing about guns or ammunition.

Castle is worse and worse than before...

When I just started to watch Castle, it was very intelligent piece, in which I cannot predict "who was the murderer" and it was very nice and politely served.

In this third series I can see how Beckett only comes to interrogate room and randomly puts charges "So you did this, this and than you killed him", sometimes more times in one episode.

I don't like it like this. This is stupid. I want back that nice criminal hard cases (like that with FBI and false murderer which was other victim etc). I still like Castle as whole series, but I hope this and episodes like these is absolutely bottom of which I can see.

    • Trivia
When Beckett is in the club asking about drugs she says she wants something that will make her feel "shiny". This is thought to be yet another reference to Firefly (2002) which starred Nathan Fillion. "Shiny" was a term often used by the characters as a replacement for the word okay.
    • Goofs
When Beckett is investigating the crime scene, she claims that the gun (.357 Magnum) found next to the victim would create a larger entry wound than that on the victim. However the bullet diameter of a .357 Magnum is almost identical to that of the 9mm which is claimed to be the actual murder weapon. These weapons would leave entry wounds of comparable size and could not be distinguished with the naked eye.
    • Quotes

Javier Esposito: It's a winning ticket. Hard to believe a little slip of paper's worth over a hundred mil.

Richard Castle: [more to Beckett] What would you do if you won that kind of money?

Javier Esposito: Easy. Buy a Ferrari.

Richard Castle: I have one. Not as great as you would think.

Javier Esposito: Yeah, but they're hella fast.

Richard Castle: Well, as fast as every other car in rush hour traffic.
