What is this film all about?

Here are some questions I like to answer:

What is the purpose of making this film? For inter-racial relationship, the kind of relationship popular in Western culture which is Asian female and White male. Western film usually in Hollywood, always Asian female couple with White male since Hollywood and Western culture are controlled by White male domination. This film follows the power structure of the Western caucasian society. The race-sex role in Asian-White interracial hardly reverse. This film idea is from USA, not Spain.

Why use Asian-American female coupled with Spanish male? The female name Sun is closer to ethnic Chinese or Chinese-SouthEast Asian. It does not matter which ethnic group she belongs to. I thought she looks like ethnic Filiphino or Thai from SouthEast Asian.

Love story about an unlikely young couple who fall in love knowing they must separate in a few months

Puzzled Love is an original and moving love story about a young woman from Chicago and a Young Man from Spain, who seem ill matched and ill fated when they attempt to rent the same room. There doesn't seem to be much commonality between the two at first so it's quite striking and beautiful to watch these two fall in love with each other and discover the spirit of their soul connection...the kind of love that makes no sense and you often can't see coming. However there is a time clock ticking away, literally and figuratively as they only have a few months together before they are due to go their separate ways.

The film was told in a beautiful way with interesting shots and scenes. The two lead actors had incredible chemistry and were just lovely to watch. The film was funny, intense, bittersweet and beautiful. Loved the interesting directorial choices and the cinematography. Anyone who loves a good romance, a good love story, will love this film. I'm so glad I found this diamond amongst the coal on Netflix. Truly satisfying and enjoyable ride.
