This movie is horrible on all levels. The story sucks, the animations for crashes and spinouts are absolutely terrible, the acting reeks, and even the driving during the races are sucky. BUT it is worth watching. This movie is entertaining on a sarcastic level. 200 mph is so bad that its fun to watch. All the cars are junkies, lemons, ricers, whatever you would call it, except the GTR. Even though almost every car racing movie has a GTR. I doubt that the people who wrote the script and chose the cars actually knew anything about them. The numbers and statistics that they were talking about were way off. For example, 180?? no way. The GTR can max out near 211. In fact during the entire movie, not one car or person came close to 200 miles per hour. This film is a Sunday night, a long day at work, hiding under the desk at school, and an airport layover movie. Not worth watching in any kind of theater. Although it is most entertaining because the mess ups and inconsistencies are so obvious. Not a good movie but it was amusing.
This Movie Sucks, The acting, The quality, The story which is nonexistent, ALL TERRIBLE!! Holy crap if I can save you one hour and a half movie session this would be it. I have actually loved some movies that people gave bad reviews so I have a very broad spectrum of acceptance when it comes to movies. This one on the other hand I could have filmed with my cell phone at a McDonald's parking lot. It's just crap, they just took what every other racing movie had and tried to copy them with no effects and crappy actors. I don't know what else I could possibly tell you to describe what this is not going to do for you.
Wow, words cannot describe how bad this movie was. It is bar none, the worst movie I have ever seen and I am so glad I watched it! My friends and I couldn't stop laughing, if you know anything about cars, heck anything about real life, this pathetic movie will have you rolling for days.
It's so awesome because the movie is SO BAD it gives you a great perspective how even movies like Gigli aren't that bad.
This is THE worst movie I have ever watched, and I highly recommend people watch it, just for the experience alone.
This movie should never be forgotten, to any director or actor out there, if you are down on yourself about a bad movie or scene, watch this movie, it should put the idea of a bad scene or movie in a whole new light.

This movie actually has a lot of things going for it. A good hero car, an antagonist who appears quite untouchable in the R35, hot girls, and even a decent plot line.
The things which it doesn't have in it's corner are cheap special affects, lame writing, and b-movie casting. But even these things can be overlooked and the movie could have been enjoyable if it weren't for one huge flaw.
The attention to detail. Anyone who is into the import scene will want to literally scream at the blatant disregard and respect for the import scene. Here are just a few mistakes I can think of off the top of my head.
The 370z's specs and stats are completely wrong as is the price. While driving to the first race scene the older brother's car magically becomes an R35. The antagonist R35 has the same specs as the 370z's, nearly word for word.During the race between the older brother and the antagonist they are constantly overtaking each other, but it doesn't show when or where this happened. When the brother crashes he is now in a 350z, not a 370z. When the girl mechanic brings her "blueprints" for what she wants to do to the FD RX-7, it literally looks like a child from pre-school drew them. Why the hell would she show that trash? And the hero is all like "this'll work," LOL! While talking about the hero car and also in the junkyard they refer to the hero car as an MX-5, then when he visits the Mexican gang leader it's an RX-7. 8. The hero ask "can I take a look at it," referring to the crashed RX7 the Mexican gang leader has. He then lift up the tarp from the front of the car, looks for 3 seconds, and then says "well the NOS system is still intact." Whiskey Tango Foxtrot! Where the hell was the thing canister mounted? On the bumper? No wonder his car fell apart! While testing the RX7, the hero goes from an RX& to a 240sx with the same color pant. I mean really, thought you would slip that one by us huh?
Overall it's just a simple lack of attention to detail, and more over any care for the final product. The movie is awful, and I can't believe a movie company would release something this unpolished. Whoever made this movie should never be allowed to make another one, because from what I saw they just don't care about their own vision. Maybe working in the mailroom is more up their alley.

I will be the first to tell you how incredibly bad this "movie" is. I watched it with no expectations so when it was over I wasn't upset with how horrible this movie was! The actors are weak at their best point when they can remember a line. The cars, what you really see of them are OK, there's only 3 or 4 so don't get excited. Although I am a little offended where the people who made this "car" movie didn't think anyone would notice a green RX7 turn into a green 240SX S14. Also one of the main cars is a SKYLINE GTR, not a GTR. Skylines were RHD. This one was not. It pisses me off when people make car movies for car people and think that we wont notice details. The car chases and crashes look like clips from need for speed, but not as good. I know every car nut is gonna watch this movie anyway because it looks like a Fast & Furious type movie. Which I guess it is on $1000 budget at most. I gave this 1/10 because that was the lowest I could go, more like .5/10. So watch if you have absolutely nothing to do, and I mean nothing and write a review.

- GoofsThroughout the film, Rick is building a Mazda RX7 FC. During his "test drive" scenes, he drifts into a corner in the RX7, but exits driving a Nissan Silvia S14. This may be due to the fact that the "hero" car was stolen during production.
