Film second. About how the evil and greedy owner of the Tear of a Child department store, Mrs. Belladonna, tried to steal Funtik, a pig that had escaped from her, from the clown Fokus-Mokus.
Dressed in a men's costume, Belladonna tries to kidnap Funtik. She is assisted by the dim-witted police chief Foxtrot and the fussy detectives Dober and Pincher.
