When Rossi receives the call from the prison, the operator on the other end was actually Paget Brewster.

Goofs
In the flashback to 1966 and Thomas the serial killer's birth, his mother is shown half-sitting, actively participating and assisting in the birth. In 1966, women giving birth in the US were made to lie down, often heavily sedated, and sometimes had their hands tied to the sides of the bed. This birthing scene is more reminiscent of the 1980s onwards, when "active birth" became popular.
