The Army recruiter is wearing a beret. First of all, headgear is not to be worn indoors unless the wearer is under arms. Secondly, the actor is wearing the beret completely wrong. The flash should be worn over the wearer's left eye (not centered between them) and excess material should be draped over the right ear.
