The 'transparencies' Holmes and Watson receive from Everyone are bogus. They are not occlusal x-rays as may be expected, but appear to be doctored scans or photographs created to fit the narrative. None of which are used routinely at a general dental practice where periapical, bite wings and orthopantomogram (OPG) are the norm and show the teeth only from the side. Twenty-seven thousand is a ridiculous number of records to exist of this type.
