Heart Attack

This film having a romcom genre, but wait, this film makes me to feel anxious.

It's really relevant to today's freelancer life, no matter it was designer or programmer. Both have nearly the same routines. Have a entire time to work, sleepless, unhealthy lifestyle, loner. No happiness, happiness is getting project or project from big company. This film brought us to know deeply about the entire of freelancer life and work-circumstances.

When Yoon met Doctor Imm, the romance started. But really, as a man who has a messy-life and a loner, it's nearly impossible to be in relationship or even just getting a serious talk with a perfect-life person like doctor Imm. This film bring you to anxious, anxiety, and have no one to share with.

Thankfully Je always be there, Je understood how Yoon so that lonely. So Je even already having a husband, she still not left Yoon alone.

The story is really complex, and it has relevance with today's freelancer life. Execution also good, love how those players could bring me to anxiety. But, really it was a romance comedy? I don't get most of it's jokes, because executed with straight voice narration.

I gave it 7/10 because it's failed on comedy, and don't satisfy me with the romance here.

What is the meaning of life? Is it work? Is it survival? Or is it love? Humans must have goals, Yoon went to the clinic to see a doctor before starting a new social circle and regaining his concern for others. This is not a love story, It is a lonely existence story of urban people.

Simple, subtle, genuine and gracious watch of recent times; P.S.: Ending might make you look for Conclusion at your own... That's, both exciting and frustrating, all at once,,,

This film tells the story of a hard working freelance computer graphic designer, who is skilled, responsible and dependable. He takes pride in not sleeping to deliver the work on time, but it affects his health adversely. He sees a doctor but the health advice is conflicting with his work schedule. He has to make a difficult choice.

I am surprised that the Tuesday evening screening of "Heart Attack" is full! I guess it is getting good word of mouth. The film starts off really funny. The whole cinema laughs hard on many occasions. I really like the fact that Yoon's thoughts are super funny. The sound effect is great as well. There is this one scene where uplifting music (that signals something is coming up) is suddenly stopped, creating a powerful effect.

The actors and actresses are great as well. Yoon is nerdy but really likable. The doctor Imm is charming as well. Je is really lovely too, and she is just such a supportive friend. I think "Heart Attack" is a funny and delightful film. I enjoyed it, and i am glad it is shown in cinemas in Hong Kong. I would not have discovered this film otherwise.

Beautifully wrote and directed. Was fully immersed into the plot as it unfolded. 100% Recommended.
