Everyone has to start somewhere... yes... but you do a run , look back and amend as necessary or scrap it and start again. Sorry guys but this is awful in every way, from the padded coat as it was so cold whilst others having shorts on to such bad acting , bad sets, just bad everything, it's embarrassing. When you make a film like this, don't realise it until at least 30% of it is watchable.
I didn't read about this movie before tuning in on YouTube but the premise seemed it might be interesting but really it was pretty predictable: Some folks go on a trip despite being warned of the danger, then predictably they encounter the danger and death and then try to survive. Honestly, I continued to watch just to see who would survive, and it turned out more than I would have expected. The movie says it's about aliens and monsters but there were only a couple of oversized flying insects and a bunch of dinosaurs with red eyes, and did not see any of the gore that usually accompanies such encounters. The one good thing I can say about the movie is that the production was sharp and easy to look at.
I'm a fan of all kinds of movies, and I've watched -- and enjoyed! -- my fair share of bad movies. This was not a bad movie. In fact, it was not a movie at all. You see, in order or me to consider this a movie, something would have had to happen. I mean, like, anything. I kept waiting. There were signs throughout that it might turn into a movie. A couple of scenes seemed like they might be going somewhere interesting, and I thought -- OK, now maybe we have a story developing. But no, not really. Even the presence of certain basic sci-fi tropes -- spooky aliens and mysterious, unexplained phenomena -- couldn't push this thing into "movie" territory. If it was so-bad-it-was-good, that would have been one thing. But, sadly, it was just... lacking.
In the end, it feels like everyone was trying hard -- the acting wasn't awful, the fx weren't worth complaining about. But, my god, there just wasn't any kind of story here.

Honestly it wasn't too bad. The angles in the shots were good. The story had a basis but it wasn't even close to flushed out. The scares were predictable. But my GOD was the acting terrible. The script was like D tier at best. Every character felt stiff and lifeless. Every conversation felt weird. Every human interaction seemed forced. With practice and time it's possible for this studio and actors to make something good, but this isn't it.
