              A Must watch

If you are looking for knowledge on how to improve your health, this is a great start. I have utilized Andrew Saul's information in my life, that of my children and the patients i see in my office and am very pleased. Simply put, we need to give our bodies the nutrition it needs to be healthy. That Vitamin Movie is well put together, easy to watch and will give you the jump start you need mentally to start making changes.

              must see documentary

This is an outstanding reflection from renowned medical authorities from around the U.S. and other countries. It is presented in a reporter interview format. Included are doctors, researchers, nutrition experts, and holistic practitioners discussing the importance of providing our bodies with the proper nutrition and supplements. Our world is continually assaulted by stresses of all types from our nutritionally deficient soils to chemical pollution in our drinking water and industrial way of life. The message is our bodies can heal themselves if we provide them with the necessary vitamins and other supplements and foods. This means we must look beyond what has been accepted as normal requirements for vitamins and minerals. Megadoses have helped thousands of people recover and thrive from previously crippling illnesses and conditions. This movie shares invaluable information to help correct these inadequacies in our education about how to truly heal and enhance the way our bodies function.

Very Useful Info Big Pharma Doesn't Want You to Know

Big Pharma can only make money from chemicals they invent, so natural ones like vitamins, minerals and food-based supplements get few research dollars. Thus there are still lots of good questions about natural substances already found in our bodies. This movie addresses some of the more promising areas for healing, some of which have solid science. If you're waiting for your doctor to figure out that vitamin C might cure cancer, it will be a long wait. Big Pharma wants to sell you their pricey drugs and they control most of the medical journals and continuing medical education for doctors.

Before you yell, "snake oil," keep in mind that research is required for both proof and disproof. If I claim that vitamin mega doses cured my thyroid cancer and you say that's nonsense, both of us need science to establish our position. Nowhere in the scientific method does it say "shoot down all new ideas." The problem is most doctors aren't researching vitamins and Big Pharma's marketing departments don't want us to know how effective some supplements are.

If you care to educate yourself about natural remedies, this movie is a good place to start. Only open minds learn.

              I love this movie!

Dr Saul's website has helped me many times over the last few years. I was fighting RA and when I learned I should not eat dairy or red meat and then load up on mega doses of Vit C, that really really changed my life. I could go upstairs again! Since then I research everything I can about vitamins and how this will help the body with out drugs from your doctor. I tell everyone I know about Dr Saul and how he has helped me. I hope he continues and does not give up because we need strong people like him helping all of us. Thank you for making this movie!!!

              Amazing information

Knowledge is power. Very informational. I recommend this movie to everyone I know, everyone should have the chance to listen to what is presented. Take it or leave it just like anything else in life but through experience I am a firm believer! This should be part of our basic education. Thankful this movie was made.

              • Trivia
The scene where Andrew Saul takes 16,000mg of Vitamin C in one go (about 51mins into the film), the directors considered having to shoot part of the scene again. Andrew immediately offered to take another 16g! That's 32,000mg in one go! the directors told him not to worry, they could work with what they had but they couldn't believe that he could take that much in one go without exploding! He did not have to run to the toilet after 16g. The fact that he offered to take 32g means he knew he could without any adverse side effects which blew their minds.
