Chapter Eight: The Mind Flayer

Ep 8 is a blistering, high-tension siege that immediately traps our core group in a harrowing, airtight threat. A top level one that mixes sharp action, real horror, and surprising '80s humor.

The suspense is nail-biting as the team works under extreme pressure, grasping the enemy's terrifying intelligence and its physical control over the possessed character. The action is relentless, but the episode also delivers a truly heroic and tragic moment from an unexpected hero, making the stakes brutally clear.

The entire episode moves with phenomenal speed. It ends with a perfectly timed, dramatic bang that sets up the final fight for maximum emotional and narrative power.

I'm not a critic and I'm not here to tell people the mistakes of this episode , i just want to help them understand how much this episode worthes , and i think this episode worthes 9.7

God, I can't stop watching this. This is too good. The story, dialogue, acting and CGI is just sooo good. This episode can't get any better.

This episode was intense from the start, picking up from episode 6, making episode 7 completely irrelevant! The episode was also the most brutal thus far and i just couldn't hold my tears back! This will haunt me! Abanded hallways with dead bodies gave me "The Stand" 90's miniseries vibes!

That cliffhanger ending would also have been even better if episode 7 didn't exist!

Simply put, after rewatching the series, for me this has been the best episode of all of Stranger Things so far, having watched both season, The sequence of scenes, the suspense, everything is well constructed in this episode; the music, the atmosphere creates tension like never before in stranger things.
