Ho Hum

Once again, Raj is thinking he is a loser. All the others with the exception of Stuart, have had dramatic successes or relationships. While they talk, Bernadette goes into labor. I've always been turned off by shows where the focus is a baby or a wedding. It seems that it's a way to get ratings for a low common denominator.

Trivia
The first appearance of Vernee Watson as nurse Althea since The Werewolf Transformation (2012), where we also learn her full name from her badge (Althea Davis). It is also Watson's final appearance on the show, although she would later play a different nurse in the spin-off series Young Sheldon (2017).

Goofs
A part of the plot is dedicated to Raj's lack of achievements, however he had been included into People's list of 30 before 30 which was quite an achievement. He was honored with a right to work on an interstellar message. Also he had discovered an asteroid with Sheldon.
