The Saviors commanded by Simon attack Hilltop but they are pushed back by people commanded by Maggie, Rick and Daryl. During the night, there is havoc in Hilltop and soon the leaders discover that the Savior have infected their wounded people with walker´s blood.
"Do Not Send Us Astray" is a good episode but what the spoiled and annoying boy Henry does is at least ridiculous. How thirty-eight prisoners could be left in a wire fencing without a guard during the night? Tara will be certainly infected in another achievement of the notorious Eugene.
There is an important review entitled "...the walking commercial" highlighting the absurd long commercials along the show. Better of download the show on the next day instead of seeing the absolute lack of respect of the television, breaking the tension with the most stupid and long commercials. My vote is eight.

You cannot trust other reviewers. They talk nothing about the show and just say how it use to be a great show and how big of a super fan they were. It's upsetting to see this episode at 7.7 because it included fear, anger, and entertaining battles. People need to actually watch the show. You're dead inside if you didn't like this episode
For a long time, somewhere from the 4th season I could not feel the fear of walking dead, but this episode really could surprise me!
Thanks to director Jeffrey F. January who in the past took one of the best episodes of season 5 "Four walls and a roof", for the impressions of episode 13 of Season 8 of the Walking Dead. It's amazing, but not stupid: so keep the AMC! I have considerable hopes for the last episodes of season 8. I think they will not fail!

I'm not sure why people are so hard on this show right now (the episode had negative ratings before it aired) but this episode was really entertaining. The first half of the season was pretty slow but the show has developed the characters so well and I can't wait to watch how the end of the war plays out.
I don't understand how people are trashing this episode. Second half of season 8 has been really awesome and so much better than the previous slow season. This one is packed with action and has some horror vibes in it.

Maggie Greene: We can get you outside the gates with a guard. So you can bury your people.
