A movie that relates to the whole world !!

A big thanks to director Pablo Giorgelli's vision on a subject that is as delicate as a house build with cards, yet leaves a disastrous impression on the human psyche. Teen pregnancy is a delicate matter around the world, though the developed countries have handled it well for a few decades now with its infrastructure and attention. The topic is still a taboo in the developing and under developed parts of the world. Invisible can be treated as a show reel to understand the perils of pregnancy faced by a young teen and what not to do next, as shown in the movie.

Cinematography is the biggest asset of the movie with the choice of angles and super still frames throughout the movie oozes high quality. Screenplay is fantastic, right from the character introduction and to the step by step set up of the story, adds a certain tension in the viewers minds. Editing is very crisp and at a runtime at just 86 minutes does the job. Production design, costumes, makeup and music are good. The performance of Mora Arenillas as young Ely was very good, her portrayal of her emotions during the various stages of the movie was really nice. Sound design was really good.

Overall, though Invisible's ending might have a incomplete ending, according to many audiences, it's the director's vision that it be so. As not all stories have similar endings and at the end, it is up to the individual to choose the right course of action, according to the circumstances. So I agree the director's cut in drawing a blank at the end. The movie is recommended for all teens over 16 to understand the dangers that lurk casual sex and to the parents of such teens to understand the situation and how to be supportive during such times and avoid a family disaster. 7.1 stars out of 10 for the phycological thought process the movie provokes to a parent and a teen alike.

    A director to avoid

It takes real talent to turn an interesting idea into an extremely boring film from start to finish.

The concept had potential, but the execution is painfully flat.

The lead actress barely moves a muscle and speaks through clenched teeth, as if she had no desire to act. Her lack of expression makes it impossible to connect emotionally with the character - or with the film.

The pacing is excruciatingly slow, yet without building tension, meaning, or insight. It drags without reward. Nothing evolves. Scenes feel aimless, and the narrative goes nowhere.

The direction feels absent - or worse, self-indulgent. There's no pulse, no drive, no sense of cinematic rhythm. Just silence and monotony.

And when a film tries to be suffocating but gives no relief, nuance, or poetry, it ends up dull instead of deep.

It's incredible that Netflix paid for this. I'm sure there are far more talented people making films in Argentina. This one just buried a good idea under 87 minutes of nothing.

    Waste of Time

It was one of the worst films I have ever seen. Just waste of time.

    Dont watch!

Do not waste of your time with this terrible movie. It just teaches bullying is acceptable and nothing happens to you if you are the bully. The movie was all about a child getting severely bullied, in the end he doesnt even explain what happened, the bullies and people to blame stand up and say its their fault. Then they hug and then the movie ends. A movie about bullying should be a warning to bullies about the consequences of their actions, not a message to weak and bullied children about forgiving and forgetting. This movie about "bullying" is not an accurate representation about bullying at all. I had high expectations but am very dissapointed with the ending.

    Raw reality, clean script

Shows the misfortunes a low middle class teenager suffers when she gets pregnant and wish to have an abortion in a country where is forbidden. She commits to a final decision. The plot is straightforward without any excesses.
