well and truly this is the coming of age of malayalam cinema. watch out this directer he will go places. unfortunately the audience isn't quite ready for one like this. this will be appreciated in the years to come. this movie doesn't have a heroine. and suraj why do i think he is best actor malayalam cinema has seen. mind you its not just an art-house movie but a good entertainer too just that its not loud and goes about its business in its own subtle ways. wonderful

MY OPINION: Sidharth Bharathan's third film Varnyathil Aashanka will not disappoint audience as it has an engaging storyline and its second half is full of interesting elements which makes this heist film an engaging and thought provoking one. This film mocks at our society and at last it points out the biggest thief in our society in a witty full manner. First half was a letdown and boring but things got straightened up after interval and Suraj's performance was superb.

I have to say this film is way ahead of its time since it didn't got much applauses that it deserved!! I don't wanna split first half and second half but this is a brilliant piece of an 'entertaining art'

Hope the film gather more recognitions from various sides on upcoming years!!! Performances from the leading casts are an another highlight,but hero of this film is Sidharth Bharathan,the director!!!! My Rating- 8.7/10 Verdict- Great Movie
