Great show but!
Love this show, my wife and I compete against each other, however the most frustrating part of the show is if you want to play at home you don't get to seen the question board long enough as it keeps cutting to the celebrities..
Best game show this century!
Even my husband loves playing this game - it is such fun and has something for everyone.
We try to never miss a show!
More than Pointless
Less here is more: One presenter, smaller set, fewer but celebrity, indeed top-flight, fun and interesting contestants.
The broad-brush bland-urbanity of charmer Alexander Armstrong somehow always made Richard Osmands interjections awkward - he never engaged with them, merely paused then passed on. It made RO's presence seem rather inexplicable if not actually pointless. Some might even suspect a Gatling-Fenn gambit or two. I recognise one at least.
Here though surprisingly RO blossoms as the sole presenter, the participants too seem to be very comfortable. The format is simpler but more engaging, faster moving and more fun - for participants and viewer.

Generally entertaining, but at times annoying
Like the general format and the question categories are good. But are all UK tv people really that bad at maths and geography? They can't place any city/country on a map beyond the ones bordering the Atlantic. But, some are really good at answer smash, which I fail at miserably. I don't see the host as annoying, I see him an enabler, perhaps.
When in doubt theirs always House of Games
The simplicity of just getting playing a quiz show for celebrities just works perfectly. My family absolutely loves quiz shows and the fact that there is an abundance of questions on an entertaining programs is under appreciated.
