Add lots of sex scenes with little or no story and make a webseries. This is the basic formula of this one

Love, Lust and Confusion as a whole is a comedy of errors and a coming of age story - with a gamut of confusions and perplexities, love and desires, choices and dilemmas mixed with an ensemble of lovable characters who depict today's confused selves of the millennials. Revolving around the life of a young girl Poroma Sarkar, Love Lust and Confusion is the perfect depiction of the age of indecisiveness, age of physical exploration and the age of confusion. The show also explores the element of polyamory (a now trending concept in Bollywood) and depicts the perspective of youngsters towards it. The premise sets the stage for two people who meet each other at crossroads of their lives followed by a series of misadventures involving themselves and others . My statement? Well directed and truly efficient cast out did the overrated story. Actors have done some honesty with their characters but the characters in the very first place were utterly unreal, viewers can start feeling the distance from reality, since the very beginning of the series.

The protagonist's secret wishlist seems like an over used concept due to lack of story and overflowing funds of the production team. And in the process of fulfilling those desires, she becomes so offhand that its okay to cheat on your fiancé for fun sake. There's no point in watching this series unless you're a diehard fan of one of it's casts, which was exactly why I watched it!

Tv-series like this build my faith in India streaming services that, they'll never be able to beat western shows. I mean, I literally had hope when I spotted Rajat Barmecha as the lead cast, he has done some spotless work in Udaan, which is still one of my favourite films. I honestly don't know about Tara Alisha, her bubbly looks are definitely prorating the character of Poroma well, and that's all. Yes... Although, if you give this show a time to sink in, you'll realise that its well-directed cast is good but not the script or story. Tara has done some honesty with her character but the characters itself is not that honest, from the first episode you can't trust her of her actions. Her secret Wishlist seems like an overexaggerated concept of some film based on cancer. And in the process of fulfilling those desires, she becomes so offhand that its okay to cheat on your fiancé for fun sake. I mean, how bored are you in life? I would suggest to not invest time in this show, it's as much as bogus as its underrated script.

The storyline is in sync with the current youth of the country. The title justifies the story line. Waiting for season 2 !

I really liked the acting in the series. Tara-Alisha Berry & Rajat Barmecha were the standout performers for me. But the script was very weak. I get it, the title is Love, Lust and Confusion. But the entire show's story is probably just 1 hour long.

Most of the episodes are completed with fillers. The actors deserved a good script and I hope to see them further in more TV shows in the future.
