Everybody's saying you killed the cast you killed the series, but I have to believe on this show that has delivered for consecutive seasons. It will be a struggle without 2 main characters, yes, I agree, but let's give the writers and the director a chance to work things out. I won't judge after the first episode, let's see where this goes. And I have faith!
The fight for name and managing partner is getting a little old. Seems as if it's all they ever do in American law firms, based on this show. Also, the dialogue has always been a bit stiff, but it's definitely gotten worse. And why do they use each other's names so much? You don't do that in real life. I was happy to see a new season on Netflix, but I'm actually rather disappointed with the first episode.
Katherine Heigl? What? No.... I love Suits and I can't believe they hired one of the only actors I can't stand. She thought she was too good for Grey's anatomy and left to try to star in big movies and quickly got a bad reputation for offscreen drama. She's a poor addition to the loss of Mike and Rachel

The writing that kicks off the 8th season was very weak. And Katherine Heigl? Hmmm. No.
Always good having some new blood in a show, like Alex character but Heigls part is all wrong in my opinion. I like Robert Zane as he makes at least one lawyer likeable. Is it me or have the characters just become more bitter and nasty. They never listen to each other, and act like kids. How can they run that firm.
Maybe this is the way the show will end with a wronged ex client or Lewis having a breakdown and shooting everyone.
It's a shame that I'm trying to find some happiness in these last episodes.
I hope Harvey leaves for Seattle with Donna to do pro bono work.

- Quotes
Harvey Specter: Hey. Wanna go out and get a burger?
Robert Zane: I do. But it's 2:00 a.m. If I go out for a burger right now, the only thing I'm getting is a divorce.
Harvey Specter: Copy that. I'll get you one from the kitchen.
Robert Zane: Yeah, meet me downstairs. Hide it in the gift bag or some shit.
