This season is finally finding its legs. After the last good episode, we get another one that's funny.
The leads are Mr. Mackey and Kenny, which is nice because we on't get that much of them. We also get the rare occurrence of Mr. Mackey being upset. The best part is that yet again we get to see the the residents of South Park wildly overreact to a town crisis.

South is still dominating the king of comedy title and providing more complex social commentary each episode. This season proves that South Park still has life in its longevity. The Halloween episode was phenomenal. It felt like the old days, Kenny having a major role since seasons 14 and 19 is really refreshing. We need more of the four main characters being themselves again over prominent characters like Randy even though I love Randy.
This episode really did feel like the old South Park. And it was really nice to see (and hear) Kenny again. Though we forget him sometimes (like Mackey said).
It was also nice too see a lot of the characters. We see all the kids and a lot of the residents of South Park. It was great to see that Randy and his family are still living on Tegridy Farms. The little callbacks to episode 3 & 4 of this season are funny, but it is good that every episode stands on his own again. Just like the old South Park.
It was fun. It was silly for the boys. That's the best part about South Park; when they can make fun of something topical but also have the juxtaposition of child like innocence and crude humor. One of the best South Park episodes ever. Well done, Trey and Matt.

- TriviaThe title is a parody of the classic horror-thriller film 'The Birds,' elements of which are referenced in the episode.
- GoofsAfter they disabled the cell tower, the narrator says that there was "not even GPS" available.
This doesn't make sense, since GPS doesn't rely on cell towers or mobile networks. GPS enabled phone receives direct signals from GPs satellites overhead. The destruction of a cell tower wouldn't affect that capability at all.
