The first season explored more on the subjects of immortality, humanity and morality. It was groundbreaking
The second season is just like any other scifi-action. Good enough to watch, but not enough make you think, or get angry

The series is so bad for the first season, I never thought I wouldn't like this series but I don't like it anymore and I don't want to watch another season.
I always get a little cold when the lead characters of the series change. This time I got colder because our main character Takeshi Kovacs did not change, only the body he used changed. Joel Kinnaman portrayed his first body and since we watched it first, we learned about the main character, at least about his character and behavior but now his body has changed, he is now replaced by Anthony Mackie but the character's behavior has changed and has become ridiculous.
I didn't like the main subject at all and the little things that revolve around it overall a complete disappointment this season would make it more logical for the show to end in this way because I don't think they can get another season out.

I started season 2 with low expectations as I've seen all the bad reviews here. Thankfully I've seen things differently: I was thoroughly entertained throughout the whole season. Each episode got more and more exciting as the stakes grew and more of the mystery became clear. All the characters were compelling, especially Poe had great and at some points heart wrenching character development. Really hope for a third season to see more of the show's world(s).
Wow, did Netflix fire all the creatives from season 1? They didn't even bother reading the second book. They filled this full of extra characters with backstories no one cares about. Everyone gets multiple soliloquies and they all get crying scenes. What a waste of a budget.
Bad,bad, bad. I waited this season for two years. Disappointed. A great idea ruined by commercial reasons and idiots driving it !
