I still think that Louis is a jerk. As much as he wants to be liked, he flies off the handle at the slightest comment. Lipschitz talks to him after Harvey has railed on him after he left work to have sex with Sheila. Harvey keeps the client and Louis again doesn't feel respected. So ultimately the two of them go to see the psychiatrist because they are in a "relationship." That turns ugly and Louis storms out. If you don't agree with him, you're worthless. But Harvey has enough class to return and discuss what has been eating him. There is another plot with Katrina and her efforts to become a partner. Louis and Harvey have a meeting at the end which still keeps the edge but solves some issues.
Although the glaring change in the tone of suits after mike and Rachel have left, the episode encapsulates the realisation of the two characters that, for me, have driven the show since episode 1 moreso than even mike and Rachel. Naturally, the substantial change is disheartening and missing Jessica is poignant however the show seems to be trying to build a wildly different suits to what it was before.
5th episode in season 8 and what a letdown it has been. All the new characters just ruins it. Especially the freking Katherine Heigl! Hopefully it gets better but truthfully I'm not so sure.
Beginning of season eight transfers the feeling that something is wrong and it's all disaster ; but new characters and stronger focus on some characters ,new theme & fresh writing amazingly saves the show. (Worth The Risk)
I'm not saying they completely change the material! They actually stayed very original but somehow made little even though noticable changes that I personaly loves very much and begining to enjoy even more than before cause mike-harvey's boy band was getting a little bit too predictable.

Dr. Lipschitz: Louis makes space for the people in his life whom he loves.
Harvey Specter: He makes space for people like Sheila and a baby, but...
Dr. Lipschitz: But what?
Harvey Specter: But once he has that baby, he might not make space for me.
Dr. Lipschitz: Where would you get a notion like that, that Louis wouldn't have time for you?
Harvey Specter: Because they leave. Everyone leaves: Mike, Rachel, Jessica, my sister-in-law. Everyone.
