The storyline is solid but somewhat predictable and convoluted. The dialogue is a bit tacky and forced. The characters could have been more developed, and the film gets over-dramatic at times. But the visual and special effects are surprisingly decent, the invisible cloak and the ironman-like suit are amazing, the futuristic sets/props are fantastic as well. The acting is good, the score is all right but overbearing at times, the cinematography is a standout. Not bad for an Indonesian action-adventure flick.
There is a global food shortage. Indonesian president Indra vows to solve the problem. A secret cabal intends to launch a coup. Angga learns the true ruthlessness of the plan while discovering his ex has founded an underground group.
This is a mess. I don't know anything about writer/director Randy Korompis but he seems to be a newbie. It shows. I was hoping for Raid. Maybe it could be Netflix level action. The story telling is jagged. Suddenly, an invisible cloak turns this into a superhero movie for a minute. It tries to be a thriller but the writing is a muddle. I am willing to give this points for looking pretty good. The camera work actually looks competent. Obviously, this is trying to get into the English market. Korompis jams a lot of different Hollywood movies together. I would suggest that he gets some help to write his next movie.

Really bad movies, lots of plothole, bad CGI, awkward accent, boring conversation, poorly made setup, and bla bla bla, bla bla bla.
But! This is the first Indonesian movie that use intensive CGI and trying to reach the level of hollywood action movies, let's appreciate it! And also the fact that it has quite unique story really surprise me! Still a long way to go, lots of room to improve, but thanks for trying!
So after following the progress of the movie from the first genre back ten years ago, the expectation for this movie has been very high. And the hype being generated upon the release added to the high expectation.
Upon watching the movie i liked it for the most part, the CG is amazing (although it feel that in some places the CG was purposely made sub par), the characters were good, and the story was great.
Gun action scene were great, a few questions popped up here and there, but overall great.
Action fight scene were also great, a few camera angle misses that showed things that should have been edited better, but overall the fight scenes were fast paced, brutal and horrific...all the elements that people want to see in a good fight
This is definitely a step forward for Indonesian film making, hope to see more equal or even better quality movie than this one

...this is amateur/newb producer, writer and director Randy Korompis' first film ever! Stellar production with outstanding cinematography, and directing better than some seasoned pro filmmakers films I've seen lately. Excellent casting and performances, and I'm happy it was made in English. The S/VFX were Hollywood blockbuster quality. Film length and pacing were spot on. The score was a little overbearing in some scenes, and the writing had some plot and technical issues, but nevertheless, shocked at how great this film was coming from a new filmmaker! Mad props and respect to Randy Korompis. A well deserved 8/10 from me
